Admin Coordinator

Job Description:
We are looking for a Project /Admin Coordinator to support our construction projects in Dubai. The role involves handling project documentation, coordinating with engineers, clients, and suppliers, following up with authorities for approvals, and managing all administrative work.

Responsibilities:

  • Submit drawings and documents to authorities (Trakhees, Dubai Municipality, Nakheel, DEWA, DCD, etc.) and follow up for approvals.
  • Coordinate with engineers, designers, and consultants to prepare documents.
  • Maintain records of submissions, approvals, and revisions.
  • Share updates and approved drawings with site teams.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and manage schedules.
  • Handle all office and administrative tasks .
  • Track the status of submissions, approvals, and project progress.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in any relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in project coordination and administration in the construction industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of Dubai government approvals is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
