The Admin Coordinator plays a key support role in ensuring smooth people operations and office administration across the UAE. This role supports HR processes, employee experience initiatives, and administrative coordination, while maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment. Working closely with the People team, Finance, and external vendors, this role ensures that both HR and operational tasks are executed with high accuracy and professionalism.
