Admin Coordinator (Data Management)
plays a critical role in supporting aviation operations by ensuring accurate documentation, efficient data handling, and smooth administrative processes. This position is responsible for maintaining operational records, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring compliance with aviation standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Documentation

Maintain and update aviation records including staff training records, OJT logs and compliance reports.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of operational data across digital and physical systems.

Prepare and manage databases for regulatory audits and inspections.

Administrative Support
-
Coordinate communication between departments such as operations, maintenance, and customer service.

Organize and schedule meetings, prepare reports, and manage correspondence.

Audit support

Compliance & Reporting

Support compliance with aviation authority.

Generate periodic reports for management on operational efficiency, safety, and data accuracy.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive aviation data.
