Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Admin cum Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, along with a basic understanding of marketing and sales functions. Preference will be given to female candidates.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain and organize records, documentation, and reports
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal calendars
- Manage official correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments
Marketing & Sales Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Respond to client inquiries and conduct timely follow-ups
- Assist the sales team in maintaining strong client relationships
- Prepare marketing materials, proposals, and presentations
- Coordinate promotional events and marketing activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Basic experience in sales or marketing is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail
