Position: Admin cum Marketing Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Admin cum Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, along with a basic understanding of marketing and sales functions. Preference will be given to female candidates.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain and organize records, documentation, and reports
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal calendars
  • Manage official correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments

Marketing & Sales Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Respond to client inquiries and conduct timely follow-ups
  • Assist the sales team in maintaining strong client relationships
  • Prepare marketing materials, proposals, and presentations
  • Coordinate promotional events and marketing activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Basic experience in sales or marketing is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail
