Admin cum operations Coordinator with 4 yrs UAE experience

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Admin cum Operations Coordinator for our interiors company. The candidate should be capable of handling daily administrative activities along with coordinating operational requirements efficiently. Preferred Age limit 25 to 40 yrs

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operations and vehicle movements.

Maintain records of fuel, maintenance, and attendance.

Prepare operational documents.

Follow up with site team regarding work schedules, timesheets, and collections.

Coordinate with engineers, drivers, workers and site supervisors for smooth operations.

Handle office administration, filing, documentation, and reporting.

Monitor equipment breakdowns and coordinate maintenance schedules.

Update operational reports and maintain accurate data in Excel/software systems.

Assist management in planning and operational support activities.

Handle customer inquiries and maintain professional communication with clients.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administration and operations coordination.

Experience in construction .

Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and email correspondence.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Candidate should be organized, responsible, and capable of handling independent tasks.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of invoicing and basic accounts coordination.

Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Team coordination and workforce handling skills.
