We are looking for a responsible and experienced Admin cum Operations Coordinator for our equipment rental and transport operations company. The candidate should be capable of handling daily administrative activities along with coordinating operational requirements efficiently. Preferred Age limit 25 to 40 yrs
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations of equipment and vehicle movements.
Maintain records of equipment deployment, fuel, maintenance, and operator attendance.
Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes, gate passes, and other operational documents.
Follow up with clients regarding work schedules, timesheets, and collections.
Coordinate with workshop, drivers, operators, and site supervisors for smooth operations.
Handle office administration, filing, documentation, and reporting.
Monitor equipment breakdowns and coordinate maintenance schedules.
Update operational reports and maintain accurate data in Excel/software systems.
Assist management in planning and operational support activities.
Handle customer inquiries and maintain professional communication with clients.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administration and operations coordination.
Experience in transport, construction, heavy equipment, or equipment rental industry preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and email correspondence.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of equipment operations and workshop coordination is an advantage.
Candidate should be organized, responsible, and capable of handling independent tasks.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of invoicing and basic accounts coordination.
Experience in fleet management or equipment scheduling.
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Team coordination and customer handling skills.
