Admin Executive

Lahore, Pakistan

We are looking for an Admin Executive who can do field job as well as manage office administration, handle accounts, and take care of field-related tasks. The role also includes managing income tax filing and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage basic accounts, petty cash, vendor payments, and income tax filing.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Keeping record of inventories.
  • Perform field tasks such as bank visits, courier work, inventory checkups and vendor coordination.
  • Assist management in day-to-day office work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration/accounts (fresh grads with skills may apply).
  • Knowledge of accounts handling and income tax filing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Willing to travel locally for office-related work.
