We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin Executive to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, handle communication efficiently, and provide strong support in office coordination and supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and client enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Attend to client concerns and grievances promptly, ensuring timely resolution or escalation when necessary.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as required.
  • Supervise office cleanliness, maintenance, and overall administrative operations.
  • Support the management team in preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and records to ensure easy accessibility of information.
  • Assist in coordinating with vendors, service providers, and other external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional attitude with attention to detail and discretion.
