Job Title: HR and Admin Officer

Location: DHA Phase 4

Timings: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Job Description:

The HR and Admin Executive will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, payroll, attendance management, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

- Conduct job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.

- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.

2. Talent Sourcing:

- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates.

- Maintain and update a talent pool for future hiring needs.

3. Candidate Screening and Onboarding:

- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.

- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation sessions.

4. Payroll Management:

- Process payroll accurately and timely.

- Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies.

5. Attendance Management:

- Monitor and manage employee attendance records.

- Ensure compliance with attendance policies and procedures.

6. Employee Leave Management:

- Manage employee leave requests and maintain accurate leave records.

- Provide guidance on leave policies and ensure compliance.

7. Petty Cash Management:

- Handle petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records.

- Reconcile petty cash accounts regularly.

8. Office Management (A-Z):

- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized workplace.

- Coordinate office supplies, maintenance, and vendor management.

- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in HR and administrative roles 06 months to 01 year.

- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

- Familiarity with payroll systems and attendance management software.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
