Job Description:
- Manage and supervise day-to-day administrative and office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain office facilities, utilities, and supplies; ensure timely procurement and inventory control.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and suppliers; negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective services.
- Oversee travel arrangements, office logistics, and asset management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and administrative regulations.
- Maintain accurate administrative records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Support HR and Finance teams with administrative tasks, onboarding logistics, and policy implementation.
- Handle employee administrative queries and provide operational support as needed.
- Ensure workplace health, safety, and security standards are consistently maintained.
- Assist management with reports, audits, and administrative planning.
