About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in administrative operations, travel management, insurance handling, and executive support.

Location: Port Qasim, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

Travel & Logistics Management

  • Arrange and manage international and domestic travel, including visa processing, ticketing, and hotel bookings.
  • Coordinate with travel agents and relevant departments to ensure smooth travel plans.

Cafeteria & Facility Management

  • Supervise daily cafeteria operations and ensure quality, hygiene, and service standards.
  • Liaise with vendors for timely supply and maintenance.

Employee Health Insurance Administration

  • Manage employee health insurance processes including enrollments, claims, and coordination with insurance providers.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Executive Support

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to senior leadership.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare documents, and coordinate internal and external communications.

General Office Administration

  • Assist in day-to-day office administration to ensure smooth operational workflow.
  • Support in handling documentation, office supplies, visitor coordination, and general administrative tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Admin: 4 years (Required)
