Position: Admin Executive

Requisites:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline
- Experience: 3–5 years in Admin / Travel Desk / Front Office
- Gender: Male (preferred as per role requirement)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of travel booking systems
- MS Office and email proficiency
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Responsibilities:
Travel & Logistics Management
- Handle travel desk operations including flight, train, bus, and cab bookings.
- Coordinate hotel bookings, guest accommodation, and food arrangements.
- Assist in visa processing, documentation, and travel coordination.
- Maintain travel records and expense details.
Front Desk & Guest Management
- Manage front office activities and attend visitors professionally.
- Coordinate guest entry, ID issuance, and hospitality arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier management.
Administrative & Facility Management
- Oversee housekeeping, pantry, plumbing, electrical, and maintenance work.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and facility upkeep.
Documentation & Clerical Work
- Maintain administrative files, records, and registers.
- Handle paperwork, data entry, filing, and reports.
- Manage ID cards and gate passes.
- Coordinating with ARAI from Sim card process (Airtel / JIO) also KYC work
Vendor & Inventory Management
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and services.
- Maintain stationery and consumable inventory.
