Admin Executive

We are looking for an admin assistance who has at least 2+ years experience in administrative role who can assist AGM admin in activities like, HR, Purchase, office management etc.,

  • Raise purchase requests and follow approvals.
  • Obtain quotations and compare vendor rates.
  • Process invoices and coordinate with accounts.
  • Maintain statutory registers and records.
  • Support audits and inspections.
  • Ensure policy implementation
  • Monitor office supplies and inventory.
  • Vendor coordination.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation (physical & digital).

Qualification

  • Any Degree
  • 2–5 years experience in Administration (Construction industry preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
