Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administrative and facility management functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining workplace efficiency, vendor coordination, and infrastructure management while ensuring high standards of hygiene and operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure seamless administrative activities.
  • Manage facility maintenance including housekeeping, office equipment, electrical, plumbing, and general repair coordination.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, utilities, maintenance services, and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Supervise housekeeping staff and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the premises.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of stationery, pantry, and housekeeping materials.
  • Support office infrastructure management including workspace setup, seating arrangements, and maintenance records.
  • Coordinate Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), track renewals, and follow up on servicing schedules.
  • Manage courier dispatches, maintain inward/outward registers, and handle related documentation.
  • Assist the HR/Admin team in event setups, visitor management, and facility arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with company administrative policies and support cost optimization initiatives in facility operations.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in office administration or facility management.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of vendor management and facility maintenance processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
