Job Role

To oversee and manage all administrative, facility, transport, and canteen-related activities during the setup and operational phases of the Greenfield project at Dahej, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with company standards.

Job Description

1. Transport Management

· Manage staff and contractor transport facilities for site and plant operations.

· Coordinate vehicle scheduling, vendor management, and fuel/maintenance records.

· Ensure compliance with safety norms and vehicle documentation.

2. Canteen Management

· Oversee daily canteen operations, food quality, hygiene, and vendor performance.

· Coordinate meal planning and cost control with the canteen contractor.

· Conduct regular inspections and feedback sessions with employees.

3. Facility & Site Administration

· Supervise housekeeping, security, and utility services during the construction and commissioning phases.

· Maintain office infrastructure, guesthouse, and site facilities.

· Monitor consumables, stationery, and administrative expense control.

4. General Administration

· Support all administrative functions during the Greenfield project phase.

· Liaise with local authorities and vendors for statutory and utility services.

· Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping related to admin operations.

· Support the project team in logistics, accommodation, and event coordination.

5. Greenfield Project Support

· Coordinate with project and HR teams for site setup requirements.

· Assist in onboarding of new staff and their basic facility arrangements.

· Ensure smooth transition from project phase to operational phase.

Educational Qualification:

Experience:

· 4–8 Years (Experience in Greenfield Projects Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
