Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in budget management, procurement, and facility operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Department data & record management
  • Awareness of Admin workflows
  • Look after vendor management & coordination
  • Understanding of Compliance Management will be a plus

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in relevant field
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience is required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
