We are a company based in Dubai since last 18 years into Telecom industry and are currently proactive Admin Executive cum Front Desk Admin to manage daily administrative tasks and serve as the first point of contact for our company. This role combines front desk responsibilities with office administration duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the office. Excellent knowledge and experience in MS office - Excel and Word.
1. Company Vehicle management
2. Document preparation - Invoices, LPOs, Quotations and Letter related to Admin & HR.
3. Driver salary management (Excel skills are required)
4. Expense Claim management
5. Asset Management
6. Petty Cash handling and recording
7. Front desk management
8. Stock Management
9. Office Administrative and upkeep
10. Office IT asset management (laptop and printers)
11. Support to the HR and Finance Department - Data entry
