Job Description:

We are looking for a Admin Executive with strong communication and organizational skills to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client queries, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
  • Draft and send professional emails and business correspondence.
  • Customize business proposals according to client requirements.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure timely responses.
  • Manage social media queries and assist in promoting posts.
  • Maintain and update marketing data lists and CRM records.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to support campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in BBA or equivalent.
  • 2–3 years of administrative experience (preferably in a service-based company).
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently from home.
