We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to manage company data, handle routine administrative tasks, and attend to calls or queries as needed. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the flexibility to work during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update company records and databases with accuracy.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
  • Prepare and manage reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support ongoing projects and administrative needs.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing routine office and data tasks.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or data management role (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
  • Comfortable working remotely during US night hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
