Role Overview:

We are looking for a meticulous Admin & Finance Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and ready to support both the administrative, financial, and HR functions of a growing immigration consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain financial records, assist with budgeting, and manage invoices and payments.
  • Support administrative operations including office management, documentation, and scheduling.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for management.
  • Liaise with clients and vendors professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Assist with HR tasks such as employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and tracking attendance.
  • Help implement HR policies, organize staff activities, and maintain a positive office environment.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in administration, finance, or HR; experience in service-based firms preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software; familiarity with financial record-keeping and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: PKR 40,000 – 60,000

Timings: 10:00 AM – 06:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
