The Admin & HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, handling employee lifecycle management, and ensuring smooth coordination between management, staff, and external stakeholders. The role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, probation, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, QIDs, and ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws.
- Process payroll, leave records, overtime, and allowances (food, accommodation, transport).
- Handle visa processing, renewals, and liaise with PRO for government-related documentation.
- Develop HR policies, attendance systems, and disciplinary procedures.
- Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance appraisals.
Administration
- Supervise office administration, supplies, assets, and facility management.
- Manage accommodation, transport allocation, and staff welfare needs.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing systems, and communication channels.
- Prepare official letters, circulars, memos, and contracts when required.
- Support management in audits, compliance, and reporting requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR & Admin, preferably in logistics, delivery, or service industries.
- Knowledge of Qatar labor law, visa & government procedures.
- Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Problem-solving, multitasking, and people management skills
