Senior Administrator

Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and office support to our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and able to manage a wide range of administrative responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact, delivering excellent customer service to visitors and stakeholders.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior management.
  • Handle correspondence, calls, and documents with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Prepare professional reports, memos, and presentations.
  • Oversee document flow, visitor logs, mail distribution, and couriers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role (GCC experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of office administration and delegation practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • ERP knowledge, preferably SAP.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Professional, approachable, and proactive.
