We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with HR experience to join our team. This role combines administrative support with human resources responsibilities and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Maintain office supplies and vendor relationships
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
- Assist leadership with special projects and daily operations
Human Resources Duties:
- Assist with recruitment (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate onboarding and new hire documentation
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration
- Assist with employee relations and HR policies
- Track PTO, attendance, and performance documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- 1+ year of HR experience (recruitment, onboarding, employee records, etc.)
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
