We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with HR experience to join our team. This role combines administrative support with human resources responsibilities and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Maintain office supplies and vendor relationships
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Assist leadership with special projects and daily operations

Human Resources Duties:

  • Assist with recruitment (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
  • Coordinate onboarding and new hire documentation
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Assist with employee relations and HR policies
  • Track PTO, attendance, and performance documentation

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • 1+ year of HR experience (recruitment, onboarding, employee records, etc.)
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
