Admin HR Executive

Nagercoil, India

Role:
The Admin & HR Executive will handle end-to-end HR and admin activities, from hiring to employee exit, and ensure smooth operations in the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Handle salary negotiations, offer letters, appointment, and confirmation letters.
  • Conduct employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company rules and laws.
  • Maintain employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
  • Take care of relieving formalities and exit interviews.
  • Assist in admin tasks and office management as needed.

Skills Needed:

  • Strong communication and people-handling skills.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
  • Good organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Familiar with MS Office / HR tools.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Admin role is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
