Human Resource Executive

About the Role:
The Admin & HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations and office administration. From hiring new talent to handling employee exit, the role ensures smooth HR processes and a positive workplace environment.

Main Duties:

  • Handle the full recruitment process – job posting, screening, interviews, and final selection.
  • Prepare and manage HR documents such as offers, appointment, confirmation, and relieving letters.
  • Conduct induction, onboarding, and training programs for employees.
  • Coordinate salary discussions and assist in payroll inputs.
  • Support performance evaluation and employee appraisal activities.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure legal and company compliance.
  • Maintain healthy employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
  • Oversee exit procedures including resignation, clearance, and exit interviews.
  • Manage basic administrative tasks and office coordination.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and people-management skills.
  • Knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and policies.
  • Good time management and multitasking ability.
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office, HR systems).

Eligibility:

  • Graduate / MBA in HR or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Administration.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
