HR

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process — job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation (attendance, leave, personal files, etc.).
  • Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and overtime details.
  • Handle employee induction, ID cards, and joining formalities.
  • Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
  • Support in performance appraisal and employee evaluation activities.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and attendance.

Admin

  • Manage office administration Maintenance of office premises and vendor coordination.
  • Supervise housekeeping and facility management.
  • Maintain company vehicle records, travel arrangements,
  • Manage company licenses, renewals, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc.) in coordination with consultants.
  • Support management in organizing company events, meetings, and celebrations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
