Job Summary

Al Mutla Trading & Contracting is seeking a reliable and well-organized Admin / HR Officer to manage day-to-day administrative operations and human resources functions. This role is essential in supporting project teams, workshop staff, and management by ensuring smooth office operations, proper staff administration, and compliance with company and Qatar labor requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Administration

  • Handle general office administration, filing systems, and correspondence.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and official letters.
  • Maintain records for contracts, company documents, and licenses.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and government-related offices when required.
  • Support management with reports, schedules, and office coordination.

Human Resources

  • Maintain employee records (contracts, IDs, visas, passports, medicals).
  • Handle staff attendance, leave records, and timekeeping.
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding, and staff induction.
  • Prepare HR-related letters (offer letters, warning letters, leave approvals, etc.).
  • Support payroll preparation by coordinating attendance, overtime, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company HR policies.

Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with site supervisors and workshop teams on manpower-related matters.
  • Assist in arranging staff accommodation, transportation, and logistics.
  • Handle confidential information professionally and securely.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 3–5 years experience in Admin / HR role in Qatar (construction or contracting industry preferred).
  • Good understanding of Qatar Labor Law and HR practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
