Job Description
Role purpose
To manage and control administration procedures, Implement polices within the site & Maintain discipline.
Accountabilities:

Responsible for overall general housekeeping of factory premises.

Supervise & monitor maintaining attendance register of permanent and temporary workers as per factory’s Act 1974.
-
Supervise & monitor Maintaining wages register of permanent and temporary workers as per factory’s Act 1974.
-
Supervise & monitor of Form M register under factories act 1934.
-
Supervise & monitor the wages record for temporary workers
-
Supervise & monitor daily attendance for all employees.
-
Responsible for handling all issues related to HRSG.
-
Supervise & monitor of maintaining overtime register.
-
Supervise & monitor of maintaining leave records of all employees.
-
Responsible for obtaining renewal for explosive lenience
-
Responsible for obtaining renewal for weight & measurement lenience.
-
Responsible for factory’s inspection from Directorate of Labour Govt.of Sindh as per factory Act 1934.
-
Responsible for obtaining Certificate of fitness/Hygiene cards as per section 12(2) of factories Act 1934
-
Supervise & monitor scrap yard inventories/undated scrap record.
-
Supervision of Canteen/resolve issues related canteen & timely disbarment of monthly canteen Menu.
-
Supervise /monitor supply of water tankers.
-
Supervise & monitor of maintaining logbook of Air conditions/water coolers filters
-
Supervise & monitor of maintaining logbook for three site vehicles.
-
Supervise & monitor of maintaining site staff medical record & daily distribution of medical bills of non-management staff.
-
Responsible for handling site petty cash.
-
Liaison with IR manager & Production Manager for compliance of standards & polices.
-
Follow all HSE protocols as per Syngenta guidelines.
Qualifications-
At least a graduate from a recognised institution.
-
Fully conversant with standard Admistraction management principles.
-
Five years experience as a Administration Manager in large manufacturing concern
