Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee and coordinate day-to-day administrative operations within our organization. The role requires strong leadership skills, service industry exposure, and the ability to manage and support a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative and office operations
  • Lead, guide, and coordinate the administrative team
  • Ensure smooth inter-departmental coordination
  • Maintain administrative records, documentation, and reports
  • Manage attendance, schedules, and office procedures
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers as required
  • Implement and monitor internal policies and processes
  • Provide administrative support to senior management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant administrative management experience (mandatory)
  • Prior experience in the service industry
  • Proven team handling and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in Malayalam and Hindi
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and administrative tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month
