Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning of administrative activities across all departments.
  • Manage the purchase, registration, and maintenance of company vehicles, including timely renewal of insurance, licenses, and taxes.
  • Supervise and manage all aspects of the factory's canteen, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to food safety regulations.
  • Assist in legal follow-up for theft cases and other investigations as required.
  • Housekeeping & Maintenance
  • Liaise with government authorities and handle any administrative or security – related incidents.
  • Oversee vendor management, including negotiations and contracts.
  • Collaborate with department heads and staff to create SOPs that are practical, actionable, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee security operations at the head office and factory, manage security staff deployment, and coordinate with external security agencies.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Ensure policies are effectively communicated to all stakeholders and facilitate training sessions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 10-12 years’ Experience in administrative role.
  • Age : 35-45 years. Retired from armed forces will be a plus point.
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
