Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Admin Manager for one of our valued clients, a well-established software house based in Johar Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative management experience, preferably within an IT or software house environment, and be capable of handling office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office
  • Supervise office staff and ensure smooth workflow
  • Handle office maintenance, vendor management, and procurement
  • Monitor utilities, workplace management, and facility operations
  • Maintain administrative records, company policies, and compliance
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and senior management for operational support
  • Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and company events
  • Ensure cost-effective use of office resources
  • Oversee office discipline, security, and health & safety measures
  • Support management with reports and administrative planning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Admin Manager or in a similar role
  • Prior experience in an IT/Software House is highly preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Good command of MS Office and reporting systems
  • Ability to manage multiple administrative functions effectively
