Responsibilities :

  • Greet and direct visitors, answer phones, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain office organization and ensure supplies are stocked by managing inventory and placing orders and update is system.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and prepare them for use.
  • Maintain mess management and janitorial staff.
  • Draft and distribute correspondence, memos, and company-wide notices.
  • Organize and maintain both electronic and hard-copy filing systems. Manage company databases, process financial documents like invoices, and create reports on budgets and expenses.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and clients, handle inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate staff.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for staff when necessary. Occasionally, this may involve off-site travel to deliver documents.
  • Operate office equipment like copiers and printers. Some roles may also assist with bookkeeping or payroll activities.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in common software, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential matters.
  • Proactive and action-oriented attitude.
  • Previous administrative experience is often preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping may be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge in ERP

Experience: 3 years in relevant field ( FMCG will be preferred)

Education: Graduation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
