Job Opportunity: Admin Officer – COTHM Gujrat Campus

College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM) — Pakistan’s leading hospitality and culinary education network — is looking for a dedicated and organized Admin Officer to join our Gujrat Campus.

Position: Admin Officer

Location: COTHM Gujrat Campus
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years (preferably in an educational institute)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
Gender: Male/Female

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the campus.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of attendance, maintenance, and facility management systems.
  • Supervise housekeeping, security, and front-desk operations.
  • Coordinate with head office for HR, accounts, and academic-related matters.
  • Maintain records, documents, and office supplies inventory.
  • Support in organizing campus events, exams, and meetings.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Problem-solving and multitasking attitude
