Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Management
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of office premises, utilities, and facilities.
- Ensure availability and upkeep of office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related repairs and services.
2. Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to various departments as required.
- Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems (both physical and digital).
- Draft and circulate official memos, notices, and internal communications.
3. Logistics & Coordination
- Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transportation for employees and guests.
- Support in organizing meetings, workshops, and official events.
- Coordinate courier, mail dispatch, and delivery schedules.
4. Asset & Inventory Management
- Maintain records of office assets, IT equipment, and consumables.
- Ensure proper issuance, tracking, and return of company property.
5. Compliance & Record Keeping
- Maintain updated records of licenses, insurance, and service contracts.
- Support in ensuring compliance with administrative policies and safety regulations.
6. Vendor & Procurement Support
- Assist in sourcing and negotiating with vendors for admin-related purchases.
- Maintain vendor database and process purchase requests in coordination with the procurement team.
7. Employee Support Services
- Facilitate seating arrangements, and general office requirements for new joiners.
- Assist HR in coordinating company events, welfare activities, and general support functions.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in administrative or office management roles (preferably in a corporate environment).
- Knowledge of general office procedures and administrative best practices.
