Location: DHA Phase 8, Plot 45 - D Block, Opposite to Bank Habib Metro, Lahore


Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM


Schedule: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week, 9-hour shifts)

Position Overview:

Transpotech is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Admin Manager to ensure smooth and efficient administrative operations for our growing organization. The role requires a proactive professional who can manage office facilities, oversee staff, and handle vendor relationships to maintain a productive and organized work environment.


Job Description:

● Supervise daily office operations and ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained workplace.

● Conduct regular rounds of the office to monitor cleanliness, supplies, and equipment functionality.

● Manage procurement of office supplies, groceries, medical items, and other essential resources.

● Oversee and coordinate with janitorial staff and office boys for housekeeping and maintenance tasks.

● Manage vendors for facility management, repairs, and supply chain requirements.

● Handle minor technical and electronic maintenance issues and coordinate with vendors for major repairs.

● Ensure all office utilities, equipment, and facilities are operational at all times.

● Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures for operational efficiency.

● Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of office assets and supplies.

● Assist in organizing office events and monthly activities.

● Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies within the premises.


Job Requirements:

● Bachelor’s Degree would be preffered.

● 4+ years of experience in Office Administration or Facility Management (BPO or Tech industry preferred).

● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with administrative software/tools.

● Ability to handle vendor negotiations and manage budgets.

● Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
