Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Admin Manager in day-to-day operations and office management.
  • Maintain records, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
  • Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure smooth running of office operations and support staff requirements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in administrative or managerial support roles.
