Job Summary:
Funavry Technologies is looking for a responsible and organized Admin professional to manage procurement, facility operations, and support staff. This role ensures smooth office operations through effective vendor coordination, facility upkeep, and supervision of office boys and janitorial staff.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement Management:
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Prepare purchase requisitions, quotations, and maintain procurement records.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to avoid shortages.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and approved budgets.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Facility Management:
- Oversee day-to-day office facility operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained workplace.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, and utility services.
- Manage office assets, furniture, and equipment records.
- Ensure workplace safety standards and compliance with company policies.
Office Boys & Janitorial Staff Management:
- Supervise and manage office boys and janitorial staff to ensure assigned duties are performed efficiently.
- Assign daily tasks, monitor attendance, and ensure punctuality and discipline.
- Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained across office premises at all times.
- Coordinate duty rosters and manage staff requirements as per office needs.
- Address performance or behavior-related concerns in coordination with HR.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with administrative documentation, vendor coordination, and payment follow-ups.
- Support internal teams with logistics, office arrangements, and day-to-day coordination.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2–4 years of experience in administration, procurement, or facility management.
- Experience in managing support staff (office boys / janitorial staff) will be preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Knowlwdge of MS Office and basic administrative tools.
