Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor all ongoing civil maintenance and improvement projects.
- Liaise with contractors, internal teams, and vendors to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee housekeeping staff and maintain cleanliness across all factory zones.
- Develop schedules and checklists to uphold sanitation and hygiene standards.
- Inspect areas regularly to ensure compliance and address issues promptly.
- Manage canteen operations including staff coordination, quality & hygiene checks, and inventory control.
- Support overall factory administration, including permits, documentation, and compliance.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, training, and internal events.
- Maintain records related to utilities, supplies, and facilities.
- Provide recommendations to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Qualification Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Factory Administration.
- Strong knowledge of facilities management, civil works coordination, and staff supervision.
