Position: Admin Officer

Location: Korangi Industrial Area – Karachi

Job Nature: Full-Time Job

Description: Center for Non-Communicable Diseases (CNCD), is looking for an organized and energetic “Admin Officer” who will be responsible for providing admin support, organize and oversee the daily operations of our Organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master Degree in business administration or business management.

- Solid knowledge of office procedures with a problem-solving attitude

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Experience with office management software like (MS Excel, Word, specifically)

- Familiarity with procurement processes

Experience:

- At least 1-2 years experience in a reputable organization in the same capacity would be preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best deals on office supplies, equipment, and other necessary items.

- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.

- Collaborate with different departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods.

- Perform market research to get the best deals for the company and ensure timely delivery of products and materials.

- Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures

- coordinate cleaning staff to ensure a clean and hygienic office environment.

- Schedule and conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.

- Coordinate with relevant parties for maintenance and repairs.

- Perform & manage all Admin & Procurement related works.
