We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to handle B2B outside sales for our printing and packaging solutions. The role involves client visits, lead generation, relationship management, and achieving sales targets by offering customized printing and packaging solutions to corporate and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new B2B clients in printing and packaging segments
- Conduct outside sales activities, including regular client visits and meetings
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable printing/packaging solutions
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure timely and accurate order execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Maintain sales records, client databases, and submit regular sales reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in printing, packaging, or related industries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and outside sales
- Good understanding of printing processes, packaging materials, and solutions
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- SAP & ERP
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler license preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in selling products like cartons, labels, flexible packaging, brochures, or commercial printing
- Existing network of corporate or industrial clients is an advantage
