Job description:

Medicare Health Foundation is a professional managed non-profit organization based on the belief that good quality healthcare is fundamental right of everyone. We provide subsidized medical services to most of the patients. Our services include but not limited to Gynae & Obstetrics, General OPD, General Surgeries, Orthopedics, Pediatric, Laboratory and imaging services etc.

Key Responsibilities:

· To manage daily office operations and providing general administrative support for smooth functioning of the Hospital.

· To implement and practice standard operating procedures (SOPs) in different Departments.

· To supervise repair and maintenance of equipment, appliances and building.

· To manage and control Human Resources operations and maintain records.

· To supervise supply chain procedures and managing supplies.

· To organize and maintain files, records and databases.

Qualification:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business/Public Administration or related field. Master’s preferred.

· 3-5 years of experience in Administration or Office Management related to Hospital.

· Strong organizational, analytical, communication and multitasking.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project Management software.
