Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Office & HR Administrator to serve as the backbone of our daily operations. In this role, your primary focus will be managing office logistics, vendor relations, and workplace environment to ensure a professional and high-functioning office. Additionally, you will provide vital administrative support to the HR department by managing documentation and coordinating recruitment logistics.

Key Responsibilities1. Office Administration (Primary Focus)
- Facility Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including office cleanliness, seating arrangements, and meeting room readiness.
- Vendor & Supply Management: Manage relationships with vendors and ensure the pantry and office supplies are always stocked.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of company assets, equipment, and administrative supplies.
- Event Coordination: Lead the logistics for monthly activities, office celebrations, and annual company tours.
2. HR & Recruitment Support
- Recruitment Logistics: Handle job postings and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Employee Lifecycle Support: Manage the physical and digital setup for new hires (onboarding) and handle exit formalities (offboarding).
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous employee files and ensure HRMS data is consistently updated.
- Attendance Tracking: Monitor daily attendance and leave records to provide accurate inputs for monthly payroll.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years in Office Administration or HR operations (Experience in a Software House is highly preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred (Good to Have), particularly in Business Administration or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing office logs, basic reporting, and professional email communication.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional multitasking abilities, a proactive mindset for follow-ups, and strong organizational skills.
