Admin Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Officer to manage administrative operations and ensure smooth office and factory management. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling labor laws, social security matters, and overall administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Handle matters related to Social Security, EOBI, and other labor departments
  • Maintain employee records and administrative documentation
  • Oversee factory administrative activities and coordination
  • Manage office supplies, facility management, and vendor coordination
  • Support management in administrative planning and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in administration
  • Good knowledge of labor laws, social security, and EOBI processes
  • Experience in factory administration and employee management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain records efficiently

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per hour
