Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site)


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative processes while providing support to internal teams and client interactions.


Role Description:

  • Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organized and efficient workplace environment.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and team members.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination across departments.
  • Manage employee attendance records and payroll coordination.
  • Maintain and monitor petty cash records and office expenses.
  • Prepare reports, maintain proper documentation, and manage office records.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars when required.
  • Handle basic accounting tasks and general accounts management.
  • Assist in improving administrative workflows to ensure operational efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Proficient in General Administration and Administrative Assistance.
  • Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong Organization Skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role in an Accounting and General Trading Company.
