Admin Officer

Location: Raiwind Road, Lahore

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Admin Officer to manage administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of both office and factory activities. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in labor law compliance, social security processes, and overall administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies
  • Manage Social Security, EOBI, and other statutory requirements
  • Maintain and update employee records and administrative documentation
  • Coordinate and supervise administrative functions within the factory
  • Handle office supplies, facility management, and vendor coordination
  • Support management with planning, reporting, and administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in administration
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, Social Security, and EOBI procedures
  • Experience in factory administration and workforce handling
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage records accurately and handle tasks efficiently

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
