Key Responsibilities
HR Support
- Assist in job postings, recruitment coordination, application screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding of employees and interns, including preparation of documentation and maintaining employee files.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Assist in preparing official letters, contracts, warnings, and HR communications while ensuring confidentiality of HR records.
Administrative & Clerical Support
- Maintain organized filing systems, records, and office documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and official documents.
- Handle printing, scanning, record keeping, and general clerical tasks.
- Support day-to-day office coordination and administrative operations.
Finance & Petty Cash
- Maintain petty cash records with proper receipts and documentation.
- Assist in preparing petty cash reports and coordinating with the accounts department.
Procurement & Vendor Coordination
- Assist in procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Identify and coordinate with vendors, obtain and compare quotations, and maintain procurement records and documentation.
Operational & Field Tasks
- Perform outside office tasks when required, including document submissions, purchases, and vendor coordination.
- Support logistical arrangements for office operations.
Events & Activities
- Assist in organizing meetings, trainings, workshops, and events.
- Coordinate logistics including vendor coordination, materials preparation, and event setup to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements:
- Male
- Qualification: Minimum Intermediate
- Good communication & administrative skills
- 1 to 2 years' experience in the relevant field
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Timings: 9 am to 5 pm.
Working Days: Monday to Friday. (Saturdays may be required to be workdays if necessary.)
