Position: Admin Officer

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Education: Bachelors

Category Responsibilities

Procurement & Inventory- Maintain office grocery and kitchen supplies inventory- Procure supplies as needed while ensuring quality and cost-efficiency

Facility Management- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of office premises- Coordinate with cleaners, electricians, etc. for repairs or servicing

Vendor Coordination- Liaise with vendors for timely delivery of groceries, supplies, and other services- Track and verify invoices before submission to accounts

Record Keeping- Maintain records of grocery usage, petty cash, and asset movement- Ensure logs are updated regularly

Admin Support- Support day-to-day administrative operations- Assist HR with meeting arrangements and employee needs

Logistics & Coordination- Manage courier dispatch, travel bookings, and event logistics as needed

Compliance- Ensure all administrative procedures are aligned with company policies

Reporting- Submit weekly/monthly expense and usage reports to Admin Manager/HR
