Admin Officer

We are currently looking for a reliable and organized Admin Officer to support our Karachi operations.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Officer to manage day-to-day administrative functions and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-maintained, organized work environment
  • Maintain accurate physical and digital records, files, and company documentation
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting arrangements for management staff
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of office supplies and services
  • Provide administrative support to HR and Finance departments, including attendance tracking and expense documentation
  • Handle internal and external correspondence including emails, letters, and memos
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies inventory in a timely manner
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel logistics as needed
  • Support senior management with day-to-day administrative tasks

Qualifications

Education — One of the following (required):

  • Associate Degree Program (ADP)
  • Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA / BSBA)

Experience (required):

  • 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in an administrative or office support role

Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
