- Office Management: Oversee daily administrative operations, ensure a safe working environment, and maintain an organized office layout.
- Inventory & Procurement: Manage stock levels of office supplies and equipment, order new materials, and coordinate with vendors.
- Document & Data Management: Maintain physical and digital filing systems, update company databases, and handle confidential records securely.
- Communication & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for employee and client inquiries, draft correspondence, and prepare reports.
- Scheduling & Travel: Coordinate appointments, organize company calendars, book meeting rooms, and arrange travel or accommodations for staff.
- Financial Assistance: Track petty cash disbursements, process invoices, and help prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
