About the Role
Metaline Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a proactive and organized Admin Officer to support day-to-day administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of office and factory facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations and office support activities.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and facility management services.
- Supervise office supplies inventory and procurement activities.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, transportation, and logistics.
- Maintain administrative records, contracts, and documentation.
- Support security operations, visitor management, and access control procedures.
- Assist in organizing meetings, corporate events, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Coordinate utility management and monitor administrative expenses.
- Support government liaison activities and regulatory documentation when required.
- Prepare administrative reports and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2–4 Years
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR or relevant field
- Location: Lahore
- Industry: Manufacturing
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing security operations, surveillance systems, government liaison, and multi-site administration.
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
